Products selection

Catalogue a2s.pl is created with a view to its Users. We do our best to make our internet service transparent, clear, and also delivering all necessary technical information, which facilitate close familiarizing with rich offer of a2s.pl Catalogue.

After category selection the subcategories will be shown, which facilitate searched product finding, and also becoming familiar with the wider offer.

There is also a possibility of quick searching of device with function “find product”, by entering in empty field in central part of the page appropriate symbol or name. To achieve additional information about products and their availability, we propose direct contact with Customer Service Department and Technical Department – our employees are at Your disposal.

Move product to cart

After product selection all You have to do is to move it to the order card by pressing “Add to cart” button. Next to product there is also information about ProfitPoints amount, awarded in ProfitBASE program, which will be added to User’s account after the order realization.

Right under the product price there is also “negotiate” button, which lets registered Catalogue Users to get the individual price for the product (read more in: How to negotiate prices)

In next step all product, moved to the cart will be visible. After determining their amount click the recalculate button (if products amount is higher than 1) and send the order.

If User will not place the order, the cart content will be saved, also after logging out of a2s.pl Catalogue – after next logging in the selected products will still be visible in the cart.

Send order

To send order just move the products to the cart. After determining their amount click the recalculate button (if products amount is higher than 1) and send the order, entering:

• Delivery information – User selects address and delivery method, may also comment the order.
  
  
• Payment informationi – User selects one of payment methods, may also check the invoice data correctness.
  
  
• My order – last step, where the order is checked and confirmed.
  

Order will be visible in User’s account right after the shipping, just like realization status, which is updated. User is informed by e-mail about order placing and each update.

Delivery monitoring

User may monitor his deliveries on the messenger company GLS site:

a2s.pl Catalogue personnel informs also about shipping date, payment amount on delivery (if such payment method is selected) and consignment note number.
