Personal data collecting
- To purchase products in internet Automatics catalogue a2s.pl just fill the registration form, accept the purchase regulations and express acceptance for personal data processing, according to Law from 29th of August, 1997 regarding Personal Data Protection.
- Filling of registration form allows the Customer for return to purchasing, without need of reentering data necessary for transaction.
- By creating account, Users of a2s.pl Catalogue express their acceptance for collecting and processing by TechBase Sp. z o.o. information regarding their purchases, and for receiving by e-mail, phone or other way information about a2s.pl Catalogue and company activity.
Right to verification, modification and removal of personal data
- Each Customer, after filling the registration form, has access to his personal data, for verification, modification or removal purposes.
- All data in our possession are protected and used only for communication between purchaser and seller – the exception is messenger company, which receives necessary information in range of devices transport, used only for products delivery to the indicated address.
Range of User data accessibility
- TechBase Sp. z o.o. company does not transfer, sell or lends the collected personal data of Customers to other persons or institutions.
