NPE release notes

new RTC driver
RTC memory is available now as normal file (sys/class/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0068/nvram) new devices available in /dev directory (RTC1 - CPU internal clock, RTC0 - RTC external clock)
new available command hwclock
depreciated command: npe ts and npe tr. Recommend to use commands settime and hwclock
add to filesystem new applications (require to use advanced VPN options):
ebtable, ebtable_filter arptables, arp, arping
iMod Engine:
- add shedulers mechanism
- write to PSQL database on events
- add support to group write modbus registers

Mbus channel in specific conditions stop refresh value
Mbus jar is not ready to run from /mnt/nand-user/iMod/jar/protocols directory. It must be in /mnt/mtd/iMod/jar/protocols
Shedulers in iMod doesn't storage data if element-ID is alpha-numeric
Shedulers could start up to 15 min.
After change mount-point to NAND memory, /tmp directory using non-volatile memory. It make compilcation, for example locks from before reboot, are remembered.
