Problems in server rooms
Server rooms are critical for many networks and enterprises. Ensuring appropriate operating parameters of computers found in them is crucial for achieving reliability. With this in mind, we have prepared a modern and effective system for monitoring and air conditioning control of server rooms based on NPE-9201 EDGE industrial computers.

Control and reaction
The above diagram shows our system. Selected parameters, such as humidity, operating temperature, noise level, etc. are controlled by special sensors. These in turn, transmit their readings to NPE 9201-EDGE. Initial data analysis and parameter correction takes place at this point. This is a device that can operate completely independently, so in the case of problems with other elements, it can still function. If there is a sudden need for the intervention of a serviceman, NPE sends an email or a text message to previously selected persons. These persons can react immediately. Additionally, data is constantly sent to a central computer by means of the Ethernet or GSM network. The central computer synthesizes the data and processes it into a graphic presentation. This is carried out under the control of SCADA programming. The system has many levels, making it resistant to failures and errors. Communication takes place by means of various media, which guarantees reliability.
